Yang Style Tai Chi 10 Form DVD

The Ping Gate of Life (10 Form) was created by Grandmaster Aiping Cheng. The 10 Form is a simplified Yang Style Tai Chi form with 10 movements. Each movement is performed both on left and right sides, providing symmetry in form and enhancing the practice of the movements. The 10 Form is an excellent transition after learning basic movements and before learning the Simplified 24 Form. Grandmaster Aiping Cheng performs the movements of the 10 Form both at normal speed and in slow motion, enabling viewers to practice along.
